TEAM is an after school club for all 9-12th grade students. At our daily club meetings we do fun team-building activities that develop life skills, service projects that help us get to know our community better, tutor elementary-age children, and hold 4-H club focused on one of our key topics (Health & Nutrition, Home & Community, The Arts, Career Readiness, and STEM *Science, Technology, Engineering and Math*)
TEAM youth receive help and mentoring in preparing for college though homework tutoring, ACT prep, finding appropriate scholarships and filling out FAFSA forms and college and scholarship applications. We also participate in FUN outside projects at USU (think sidewalk painting, field trips to USU labs, and halloween parties with USU housing) and around town (think corn maze, Fun Park, and more!) and have Family Night Out activities for the entire family (think FoOd, FrIeNdS, and FuN!)
In addition, we have paired up with the Wilson Elementary P.A.W.S. (pursuing academics with success) program and every day you attend TEAM you can earn money to use for college!!!!
Our students also have various leadership opportunities, including trips! This fall we will have 3 students traveling to Washington, D.C. and 1 student taking a humanitarian trip to Samoa in December. Last year students went to Park City and to D.C.

APRIL 14-20, 2014: NATIONAL STUDENT LEADERSHIP WEEK
National Student Leadership Week (NSLW) is an annual recognition of the important roles that student leaders play in schools and communities. This year’s theme is a challenge to every student leader: “Lead Strong!” We encourage every student organization, especially student councils and honor societies, to promote the idea that new skills, values, and perspectives are essential to strong student leadership in the 21st Century. Celebrate accomplishments and more during NSLW!
